  • For each accepted research paper, a Regular Registration is required.
  • For each accepted workshop paper, a Workshop Only or a Regular Registration is required, depending on whether you want to participate in the main conference or not.
  • Accepted research papers should be registered by Feb.15, 2024 (AoE Time).
  • A single Regular Registration/Workshop Only Pass includes one paper. For each subsequent paper, the fee for one research paper is NTD 23,000 and a workshop paper is NTD 7,000.
  • The page limit for each research paper is twelve. There is an additional charge of NTD 3,300 per page for up to two extra pages for each paper.
  • Regular Registrations include all access to conference sessions and lunches, coffee breaks, reception, banquet and technical tour.
  • Workshop Only Pass includes the lunch and coffee breaks on May 7th.
  • The payment will be charged in New Taiwan Dollar by Credit Card only. Only international credit cards of Visa, MasterCard, and JCB Card are accepted.
  • The currency rate is approximately NTD 31.4 to USD 1. The actual exchange rate is subject to change due to currency fluctuations.
  • Registration is considered complete only after the payment has been made.
  • A registration confirmation will be sent to you via registered email upon the completion of online registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only to participants whose registration does not include any accepted papers.
  • No refunds will be issued unless a cancellation request with affiliation stamps is sent to the conference secretariat at secretariat.reg@pakdd2024.org by April 7, 2024 (AoE).
  • Refunds will be processed after the conference concludes.

Insurance

Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance, extending the policy to cover personal possessions. The conference does NOT provide coverage for individuals against booking cancellations, theft, or damage to belongings.
